If you take my UV lamp, I will break your fingers. That is not a threat, that is a promise.

(yes, it wanders with startling regularity)

heh heh. Like one of those personal alarms or something--ear shattering beeping.

Or put some sort of powder on the lamp, that when someone touches it, it leaves a residue on their hands, that is visible under an UV light.

You could have a little portable, and then go from person to person, waving the light over their hands.

Kinda like in those monster/alien movies, where each person is tested to see if they are the *creepie crawlie*.
