I think they're bred for milk or food

And, of course, it isn't possible to breed a goat for milk or food that doesn't fall over when it gets fed or scared [/sarcasm]

But hey, if these people bred normal goats, they wouldn't be able to see themselves on youtube or the local news on a slow day, would they?

No. Don't, really. Don't ask any veterinarian or veterinary technician who's supposed to try and alleviate the pain when they have arthritis at 3 years old.

Probably not. But can anyone give a valid reason for breeding these, other than as entertaining freaks?

A few individuals in a neurological research facility would be one thing. If they're registered as a breed, and people are being encouraged to breed them, that's just humans showing how sick they are, yet again.
