In addition to the rampant 'moral' stupidity of this proposal (which makes me RAGE as well), I still can't figure out how they're going to make it work when so many women take birth control pills for health/medical reasons having nothing to do with contraception.

Good point - there are plenty of women who are on BC to control migraines, heavy periods, out-of-control PMS, whatever. Ridiculous.
