Never mind that everyone knows that the fastest way to make a movie suck is to make it 3-D! Captain EO? Case and point!

What possible merit would 3D add to the story? I mean, really. He's not going to change the plot (at least I hope not), so how is 3D going to improve the picture, other than getting fans to say "Hey, that Star Destroyer is coming straight at me . . . in 3D."

Lame, George. Really lame. Not quite as lame as Jar-Jar Binks, but bad.
