It's supposed to snow tonight and I'm very excited about it. Though in all likelihood, nothing will happen at all, considering the accuracy of the forecasters around here. (Any other Jerseyites remember that day when the whole state stayed home from work because we were 90% sure to get about a foot of snow and instead it went north of us? I thought so.)

Went to the eye doctor today and my eyes are still going back to normal after those blasted drops they put in them. Tried some blue and green color enhancers. The blues are rather pricey - truth to tell, I'd prefer gray or aqua - but if I'm going to do the cosplay then it's going to have to be blue. My vanity was puffed up because the greens didn't have any noticeable effect. *pin poke*

Don't want to work on the mass spec or the HPLC portion of my report. What else is there to say? "Here's the spectra, they all look alike, here's the info and I don't care to repeat myself six times for six samples?" And the second portion of Inotek data is totally uninterpretable.

It's embarrassing to have to start a third lab notebook. Llllloser!

Must make some pie crust tonight for pecan pie tomorrow.

Leg hurts because I banged it on the notorious doujinshi drawer.

Someone isn't getting back to me about one of my auctions and I'm rather annoyed that such a reliable seller hasn't responded to two emails. It would really suck if I had to leave a negative, because in all likelihood the buyer would leave another negative out of spite. I guess if she doesn't get back to me by tomorrow night...

Okay, I'm done rambling. Move along.

Usually here, its, "Oh, it's going to be really warm over the next few days," and then it is of course cold. And the converse it true as well. @_X

Ebay is an adventure sometimes, but it's a good way to unload things you'd otherwise have to throw away, so some extra mushies in your pocket. :)

I've had good eBaying up until now; can't fathom why someone who seems otherwise reliable would beg off on the auction now...

I've had that happen too. Sometimes ppl take a long time getting back to you either b/c they went on vacation and they forgot they had bid or their ISP or mail service went down or their comp developed problems...

I wish you could come along too! But, I'd think that going to Japan would be a lot more fun than spending another sauna-esque weekend in Baltimore, no?

Probably I will go to Otakon again if I can convince hubby that it will be OK. Or something.

Maybe you should get yourself red lenses anyway and freak people out. ;D

Although it would hardly freak someone out, a lot of the ppl coming to the shop wear either artificial fangs or contact lenses of some sort or another... hmmm.... maybe it's time to get red lenses fitted...
