It's definitely time to go home.

I've been running some HPLC injections, and some GCMS injections at the same time... and I went to repeat an experiment, and all I could see was the air bubble and no other absorbances.

Aaaaaand, when I checked the sample carousel, it seemed that I had forgotten to replace the sample in its slot, and hence of course all I was getting was air.

Dooooopey.

Must've been something in the air today. I left something out in the final step of my experiment today, so when I did the microscopy, there was nothing interesting to see. No data for the experiment. Fah. Hopefully yours was salvageable...

*grins* Definitely something in the air. Like air in my head. Hee.

The expt was salvageable; all I had to do was put the sample back in. But I was not really minded to re-equilibrate the machine, so I just went home. :)

*grins* Mistakes like that are somewhere on the order of "It's not turning on because I forgot to plug it in."

Arafel ain't too good at fixing stuff, I have to tell you. ;)
