Ya, so far we know of Squall, Aeris, Yuffie, Cid Highwind, Cloud/Vincent, Wakka, Tidus... and Seph. I guess. Poor Sephiroth.

But maybe Lance Bass isn't that bad of a choice. I mean, I always imagined Sephiroth as having a Joker-esque voice, just a little more raspy. Definitely something in the upper octaves. Maybe like Seymour from FFX, but a little more animated. Or something. So maybe I won't hate it...and...

You hate people who cosplay Seph? It's a good thing that you haven't seen the other installments of my Bad Cosplay Awards. I take great delight in finding all the worst Sephiroths. And man... there have been some doozies.

I don't know.. I've thought that Sephiroth would have a low tenor voice with an evil basso rumble in it. But god, that's an insult to have N'Stink in on it.

I just saw the screenshot of Sephy looking gorgeous in a Playstation magazine yesterday... thank god I didn't have time to read any further, I'd have dropped dead right in the middle of Target... what a way to go...

My two bits (since it matters so much :)-- I've always thought that Sephiroth is an essentially Japanese character, so his voice should reflect that. Something like the evil biseinen in many animes-- cool, collected, crisp, a bit nasal, but deadly just beneath the surface. If I could make a good comparison I would.

Oh yeah, and I just got KH, so I'll keep you posted about it, if you're curious... ^^
