Nice work! Will you do a Powerpoint presentation (with projection) for your group meeting?

Powerpoint is pretty sweet... A friend of mine who just started as an assistant prof said that when he started his postdoc, he prepared a bunch of slides in Powerpoint to introduce his project for his first group meeting. As he accumulated new data, he prepared and inserted new slides into this presentation, and so whenever it came time to give a group meeting or a talk at a conference, he always had a talk prepared (minus extra slides here and there, of course). I thought this was a *great* idea in theory. (I'm not disciplined enough to do it though!).
