Leaving nasty messages on my machine asking for the bill to be paid would be slightly more justified if you had, oh I don't know, SENT ME A BILL IN THE FIRST PLACE?
My satellite TV, DSL, and land line are all bundled onto the Verizon bill, and they sent me a bill last month, so I have no idea why we didn't get one this month. I signed up for the online billpay thingy, so it won't happen again. I don't get it.
