THE GIANTS STINK.

Already!

The defense isn't hanging together at all, Feagles just shanked a punt, and even though Eli managed to score a touchdown, he threw a wounded duck into triple coverage. Terrible!

Oh good, personal foul, fifteen yards.

I think we are going to be cheering very fiercely for Rutgers this year.

Saints homepage (http://www.neworleanssaints.com)

Some of the sportswriters are picking the Saints to go to the Super Bowl. I'd love that! It would make for a great theme for a Super Bowl party! It would also be a great lift to the city of New Orleans, which is more important than my party. :)

Don't set too much stake on the preseason. They put in all their rookies and undrafted players after the first quarter to determine who's going to make the team, and whoever stinks less wins the game. You could totallie come to my Super Bowl party! You'd probably have to take the following Monday off, though, because the game ends at about 10 PM.

My father shares your sentiments. He's so flustered I doubt he'll watch any of the games this year. It's kinda funny, though: right after they got the TD and the kicker came on for the extra point, I was like, 'Oh hey, that was the Chiefs' placekicker.' XD

I don't know what's going on with my teams. I should remedy that.

Yeah, the Giants' kicker Jay Feely left during the offseason. Feely developed a serious case of the yips after that one game at Seattle, and he hadn't been reliable since. I wasn't sorry to see him go.

C'mon, girl, you have two teams to follow! Get with the program! :) (is Trent Green still playing at KC? Damn, that boy is cute.)

Sadly no. Trent Green is in Miami now, and apparently got booed by the crowd. God that's so depressing. I can't picture him in anything other than Chiefs red. ;_; Looks like my Chiefs won't have a good QB this year since neither of the backups they have on the roster seem reliable. The red side of my heart is in for a long season.

The Patriots also lost their pre season game, but none of the stars they acquired in the off season played. I have higher hopes for them than the Chiefs right now. But hey! The Patriots are at Giants Stadium in December! Do I sense another game in which I draw the hostility from the home team? XD

The Pats game looks like the last of the season, so if that game has playoff implications (which I highly doubt, given the Giants' performance last night) then it might be a tough crowd. Are you planning to go to the game?

I'd like to go, but this time I'll be smart and not advertise my colors so boldly. ^_^'
