OK, all you shippers, here's a rainy day activity for you.

I have been kicking around the idea of the "Bleach breakup CD" for some time now. Meaning, a song that is Teh Angst for the couple in question. Here's some examples:

Ichigo X Rukia: "Your Ex-Lover is Dead" by Stars

Ichigo X Orihime: "China" by Tori Amos

Renji X Rukia: "Everything You Want" by Vertical Horizon

So I'm asking all of you - if you can think of an angsty breakup song for your favorite ship, post it here. Even if it's one I already have, I'm interested. There could be a fst in here somewhere, with credit of course.

It's way angsty, but I like to think it'd only reflect Renji's state of mind in a drunken, morose moment. Even though he's always gonna have her on a pedestal, it seems he has enough confidence in himself to at least try and prove himself, if he's been actively working to surpass Byakuya.

You know, concerning Urahara and Yoruichi, I think that the world would end before those two would stop being friends/lovers (however you interpret their relationship.) Maybe their song should have something to do with the apocalypse. XD

A fst is a Fan SoundTrack. You have to join to see the posts, but in short, every month the moderators give a topic, and you may be inspired to post your own fst according to that topic. This month's topic is "Marrieds." So, someone posted an Isshin/Masaki fst, for example.

I've somehow managed to avoid watching most of Bleach, even tho Val has gone through most of the anime. However, I do think that Indigo Girls' "Ghost" is a particularly angsty and agonizing breakup song. Have fun with it!
