Cat gets 'Lucky' in rescue on icy river

WHY would you do that? WHY? Thank goodness that someone rescued Lucky. What a pretty kitty.

Stuff like that just makes me so stunned and angry. The rock is just ... I mean, it had to have taken them more time to find that rock than to drive the cat to an adoption shelter.

You know, I hope that the person who tried to kill the cat had mental problems, because I still can't believe someone sane would try to kill a cat so methodically.

It's funny, but kind of not at the same time.

Ditto. People suck. Especially people who are cruel to animals.

Looks like she's going to a good home, finally.

:(

I just read this book by Minette Walters called 'The Shape of Snakes' and it had all this disgustingly cruel and awful stuff about torturing cats which I'm glad to say I skipped over. Even though it's just fiction, the images linger for ages afterwards.

It makes me so ANGRY to hear about this kind of stuff. Also, that cat wins the 'Most Ironic Name' award.

*shivers* I would have skipped that part too.

Ironic name yes, but Miss Kitty was indeed lucky to get a second lease on life. Think of all the unwanted pets who don't. :(

And yet somehow it's illegal to remove people like that from the gene pool for the sake of the rest of the world... MAKES NO SENSE.

What do you want to bet that the same asshole who threw the cat off a bridge is pro-life?

I'd bet money that somehow "god" was in their reasoning for doing so, too...
