uwaaa, that rocks. i took a semester of fencing in college and it was so much fun ^_^ might that be an utena ring that you're referring to? (black rose or regular? - i'm so jealous, i wanted an utena ring, but they're way too expensive because of their rarity these days)

Yep, a silver normal Student Council ring. They've been going for $150 on eBay. Not cheap, but I really wanted one.

who is running the school? do you know? that is my hometown and I wouldnt be surprised if one of the people who coached our fencing team was a part of the school.

I don't know yet - have only seen the banner hung on the outside of the Granetz building. I can post who's running it once I know, but the name of the school is Maestro Fencing or sth like that. I have a hunch it's Maestro Sebastiani, who's had a school outside Princeton for years.
