Lol, I totally know where the B'ville house is. :D Although I don't know which house it is (gonna drive out there and stalk you five days later), but my mom does and says it's been on the market for a while (I guess they are really thinking it is fancier than fronting on 202 is; if I'm buying a house right on 202, it'd better be badass, or else whatev).
There are a bunch of houses out by me for sale, but they all look pretty expensive re: size and location. Also, the downside of living in Bridgewater is the whole eventual BRHS of monstrous proportions.
