I'm poking my head out for a few minutes to show off my new icon.

There's a lot to catch up on, if anyone really wants to read about work and how you work with 1.5 liters of blood.

I guess a happy Arafel means a quiet journal, not that I'm terribly interesting anyway. C'est la vie.
