I have been taking way too much Pepto-Bismol these days. I wonder what the effect of excess bismuth is on the human physiology.

If you add solid KOH to concentrated H2SO4 it makes a hell of an exotherm. Duh. But I was still surprised at the violence. Don't breathe the fumes because it will make you cough.
