You are Rowlf!
You don't draw attention to yourself much, preferring to keep your cool and stay in the background
.

Rowlf was cool! One of my favorites.

[identity profile] arafel.livejournal.com 2002-02-25 03:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Waldorf and Statler were faves of mine, but the best was the Swedish Chef! :)

[identity profile] ssilverfish.livejournal.com 2002-02-25 07:53 pm (UTC)(link)
Ha! I just posted my comment below... I see that you, too, are a fan of the Swedish Chef... I believe that he is the lost Iron Chef...

[identity profile] lordraziel.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 03:49 am (UTC)(link)
The Swedish Chef was the best!! No doubt! Talk about a man that was happy with his life and enjoyed his work. Waldorf and Statler were the old guys in the box?

I got Rowlf too...

[identity profile] ssilverfish.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 06:33 am (UTC)(link)
And as an addendum to my other post ("which of the five, Silverfish?"), when I was looking for the Croonchy Stars graphic, I came across a web page in which someone else also suggested that they introduce Iron Chef Swedish onto Iron Chef, and Waldorf and Statler could replace Dr. Hattori to do the commentary! Ha! Perfect!!

Ha ha! I love it! Waldorf and Statler, the Greek chorus of the Muppet show.

I'd watch Iron Chef Swedish if it had the Swedish Chef on it! :D Though I think Henson was his voice... *sad*

[identity profile] ssilverfish.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 01:07 pm (UTC)(link)
:( *sigh* Henson brought a lot of happiness to the world. I still miss the guy.

(And to this day, I can't stand to hear anyone else doing Kermit's voice!)

I got him too.... And my score said 38, if that means anything.

[identity profile] arafel.livejournal.com 2002-02-25 03:19 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't know what the score means, myself. Whatever comes out works for me.

I got Rowlf too.

A bevy of piano-playing dogs? :)

You are Fozzie!
Wokka Wokka! You love to make lame jokes. Your sense of humor might be a bit off, but you're a great friend and can always be counted on.
.

Would Fozzie like techno music ? I think maybe he would...

[identity profile] hidetomatsumoto.livejournal.com 2002-02-25 03:33 pm (UTC)(link)
I specified techno music, and I still got Rowlf. Hmm...

[identity profile] arafel.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 08:26 am (UTC)(link)
I think it probably had more to do with your personality. I didn't even give a music answer.

I chose classical music! I suppose it's been well established that these quizzes aren't very scientific... :) I was hoping for the Swedish Chef (bork bork bork!).

[identity profile] fireceremony.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 04:20 am (UTC)(link)

LOL ! Yeah he's one of the funnist characters !

"boodi boodi boodi!" = Swedish for "come here my little chickens and I'll hack your heads off for dinner"

[identity profile] ssilverfish.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 06:28 am (UTC)(link)
Hehe... and of course, his breakfast cereal:

"Cröonchy Stars" ? LOLOL ! Do they really sell this cereal in the shop ? That's hilarious. :D

[identity profile] ssilverfish.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 07:22 am (UTC)(link)
They sold it in the mid-80's, but I don't think it was around very long. I remember *loving* the commercial... You can download it here, if you'd like a chuckle. :)

[identity profile] fireceremony.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 08:21 am (UTC)(link)

LOLOL ! That's very funny ! :D Thanks for sharing the link and the picture.

[identity profile] arafel.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 08:25 am (UTC)(link)
LOL, this thread has grown in my absence! I always liked the Swedish chef the best (bork bork bork)... I remember one where he was trying to cut the head off of a turtle, and the turtle kept poking its head out the other side. He was a rare character but one worth waiting for.

I forgot that he had his own cereal... LOL! Sadly, I can't look at the file.

[identity profile] fireceremony.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 08:28 am (UTC)(link)

I only remember he had constant problems with fowl and to get anything cooked in the end. :)

Let me see if I can save the soundbite for you. (Or was it a video file as well ? I could only get a sound file up.)

[identity profile] ssilverfish.livejournal.com 2002-02-26 12:47 pm (UTC)(link)
The second thing I pointed you guys to was just a .wav from the commercial, no video. Was that the one you couldn't access?

Imagine my surprise to see all the closet
muppet fans.. heh. I loved that show. A question
though. Who was bold enough to go see the muppet
movie at the theater, rather then waiting for it
to come out on tape? I'm bold enough that i went
to the theater and was surrounded by alot of kids
with there parents..lol *sweat drop* :)

With the choices i picked i was stunned to see
i got:

I figured i'd get animal or beaker..:)
