Zombie Report

I am pleased to announce that my husband and I have watched 28 Days Later, and we found that the principles used against the Infected were in accordance with the guidelines laid out in the Zombie Survival Manual. It is indeed heartening to see that the directors of this movie did their best to bring the reality of a zombie outbreak to the attention of the public, and that proper survival techniques - as well as the consequences of not using them - were realistically displayed. Bravo.

Important information every homeowner should have. Good films on the subject should be considered mandatory viewing XD

Indeed! For further education, I suggest that you refer to the Zombie Survival Guide (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1400049628/qid=1142433690/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/103-3525867-3111849?s=books&v=glance&n=283155). Are YOU prepared for a zombie outbreak?

Sadly, the ZSG overlooks my weapon of choice versus the slow undead: the eletric pole saw, or "chainsaw on a stick."

But where do you stand on the fast zombies vs. traditional, slow zombies debate?

The Zombie Survival Guide indicates that zombies are slow but persistent unto decomposition. However, 28 Days Later showed the exponential increase to the threat from a zombie outbreak when a zombie is both fast and agile. The only advantage to an Infected outbreak is that the Infected will starve to death, whereas a zombie will keep going. I can only say that any kind of zombie is a dangerous one!
