Everyone else is making dolls with the eLouai Candybar Doll Maker so I will too.
A little too "Bratz" for my taste, but here you go.
(pretty sure that the site authors are Korean, gauging by the amount of Korean goodies you can use.)
About as close as I could get to something I might actually wear.
