Goddesses, take two

Since everyone is jumping on the bandwagon and posting the results to their Goddess tests, I will too. I took it once before and scored mostly Hestia/Hera/Artemis, but the second time round I thought about the answers more and scored the following:

You scored 33.3% Athena

If you are ruled by Athena, you are bright-eyed, shrewd, resourceful and inventive.
I am? News to me
You are believe strongly that women can accomplish anything men can.
True. Except maybe lifting extremely heavy objects. Leave that to the boys.
If you want to awaken your unexpressed womanliness, you'll have to use the same passion you apply to your intellectual achievements.
What if I DON'T want to?
It's important that you work to integrate your strong masculine side with your feminine side -- bringing together your strength with your vulnerability, your creativity with caring, your intelligence with imagination. Otherwise, you risk coming off as unaffectionate and self-righteous.
Do I have to?

You scored 16.7% Hestia

If you embody the qualities of Hestia, you understand the value of having your own sacred place, whether it's an actual room or simply a time of day when you free your mind of busy thoughts and experience peace of mind
I am kind of a homebody...
You do not crave attention or material possessions; you nurture your friends and family with your unconditional love.
First one wrong, wrong, wrong. I am a total pack rat and I rather like attention. Second one... well, yeah.

You scored 16.7% Demeter

Wasn't that supposed to be the joy of being a Goddess, ie you don't have to change... :)

Good, 'cause I'm pretty happy being me. :)

And Athena is one kickass goddess. I'd love to have the gray eyes, too.

Battle Cry

Packrats, unite! As much as I'd like to move to another place, I don't think it would be humanly possible to find another place for all of this stuff... The closets, drawers, and under the bed areas are like black holes... everything fits alright, but if you start to take things out... It's just scary.

LOL! Yeah, as much as I dislike my apartment, the thought of packing up all my stuff AGAIN is tiresome enough that I haven't pushed to discontinue our lease. Lordy... I have boxes galore in the attic of books, videos, tschotchkes (sp), my sword collection... etc etc etc. But here's the thing... Every time you think of something you used to like that you haven't seen in a while, chances are you've still got it! ;)

Packrats Always Think of More Things to Buy...

The major problem with the Boston area is the disturbing price of apartments. *shudders* But of course, even worse, is thinking of the trips and the sizes of the vehicles it would take to move all of this stuff... *just takes a moment to look around and gets lost* What I do love about it is when, every once in a while, you go through it all. It's like Christmas every 3 months or so. *grin* "Oh, wow! I remember this!"

Of course... I'm always thinking of something else to get to go with this, this, and this, and this needs an accessory here, and this would like nice with another one and... Why doesn't money grow on trees, again?

Apparently, I'm

41.7% Artemis
33.3% Athena
16.7% Aphrodite
8.3% Persophone

No pomegranates for me, thanks!

I took a similar test on a different site with different questions, and got Hestia, if I recall. If I dig up that other site again, I'll post it...

:)
