Oh god, I miss my connection already. *cries*

I packed up my compy. No more Arafel comp at work. Now, we have the internal modem on the laptop that's not mine to keep me Internet-accessible. At least this modem is a little faster.

It's sad isn't it? I'm leaving in an hour or so to go camping for a few days. And I just "have" to check my e-mail and such before leaving. lol I think it is very easy to become too attached to things online.

I mourn with you -- no, I really do understand. Once you've had fast access, it's very difficult to go back. It's not addiction - nobody used to worry about people reading the morning paper being addicted to it, right? It's our new information metaphor. It's where we access data, interact with friends, entertain ourselves --- like telephone, television, stereo, and more all rolled up into one nifty input device.
