a word to the wise.

A box of animal crackers and two Hostess Sno-Balls does not a good lunch make.

(for those of you who aren't familiar with Sno-Balls, they're cream-filled chocolate cakes covered with marshmallow and coconut. They're absolutely disgusting which is why I like them.)
